A big hello! I'm so glad you're here. My path in the wellness industry started in 1995, which lead to a career as a personal trainer, nutritionist, life coach and educator. In 2010, I proudly became one of the first British Asian women to launch an exclusive Personal Training Studio and Gym for women in the UK. This milestone cemented my reputation as a respected health and wellness expert. Today, my coaching programs and online products help women worldwide achieve remarkable results in all aspects of their health, wellbeing and lives.

Caring for an aging parent and feeling a sense of loss after my children left home added to these challenges.
